Processing time

Shipping methods and delivery
We ship with major carriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Some items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
International orders
You are responsible for customs, duties, taxes and compliance with the import rules of your country. Shipments may be held or refused by customs, and we cannot control that outcome.
Receiving your order
Please inspect your package when it arrives and store the contents as directed on the label: sealed, cool, dry and away from light.
Damaged, missing or lost packages
If a package arrives damaged, has incorrect contents, or does not arrive, email support@newbeginningpeps.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, where relevant, photos. See our Refund Policy for remedies.
