Product integrity
Because of the nature of laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or improperly stored products, or products returned without prior approval.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing items, contact us at support@newbeginningpeps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows an order was not delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it through a replacement or refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
